Apprenticeship Programme.
Our apprenticeship program is an excellent opportunity to become a qualified electrician and valued member of our team. The role combines hands on learning working alongside our skilled engineers and part-time college study to gain formal qualifications. It is a full-time paid position with all training costs, tools, and workwear included - leading to a level 3 qualification as an electrician with opportunities to progress within our company on completion.
We have a proven track record of training and developing apprentices. Our two most recent electrical apprentices achieved merit awards and successfully completed their AM2 trade tests with 99% pass mark at the end of their 4-year apprenticeships.
We are currently training our next electrical apprentice who started with us in September 2023.
