Matt Browning Electrical has grown to become a trusted electrical contractor providing quality electrical design, installation, and maintenance services to a wide range of clients. Based in Bracknell, Berkshire, Matt Browning Electrical provides quality electrical contracting services covering Thames Valley, London, and the M4 – M3 corridor.

Our Team.
We employ a team of qualified and reliable electricians supported by our in-house design, estimating, and administration team. For larger projects, we also have access to a network of trusted sub-contractors.
We have a proven track record of training and developing our team members. Our two most recent electrical apprentices achieved merit awards and successfully completed their AM2 trade tests with 99% pass mark at the end of their 4-year apprenticeships.
All our employees undertake regular formal and CPD training to keep up to date with changes in industry standards, technology, and health & safety best practice.

Electrical Contractors Association (ECA)
As a member of the ECA, our business is independently assessed for technical, safety, and commercial standards on an annual basis. ECA offers an insurance-backed warranty and bond, assuring clients that our work is carried out in accordance with the relevant industry technical standards.
NICEIC
As an NICEIC Approved Contractor, our business operations and samples of our work are inspected annually to ensure that high-quality workmanship and compliance with regulations is maintained.
CHAS Accredited Contractor
CHAS is the UK’s leading provider of compliance and risk management solutions. At Matt Browning Ltd, our annual CHAS assessments verify our rigorous health and safety procedures are an integral part of our activity. Providing reassurance to our clients through Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) and the Common Assessment Standard -the construction industry’s prequalification scheme.
PASMA
Prefabricated Access Suppliers and Manufacturers Association. Working at height is a regular part of our work in the electrical contracting industry. Mobile access towers are one method of carrying out this work safety. Our engineers are fully PASMA trained to demonstrate our competence and ensure work is carried out safely.
IPAF
International Powered Access Federation. Mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) including boom and scissor lifts are commonly used for working at height in the electrical contracting industry. When used correctly by trained personnel, they provide a safe and convenient method of reaching electrical equipment at height. All our staff our trained and certified to IPAF standards.
Office For Zero Emission Vehicles
Matt Browning Ltd - Electrical Contractors are OZEV approved installers for EV charge point installations in the UK. This means we can help our clients claim grant funding for EV charging installations under the Workplace Charging Scheme and EV Infrastructure Grants, as well as the new EV charge point grants for residential landlords, flats and rented accommodation.
